Return and Refund Policy
30 day return / refund / exchange policy from the date of purchase. We do not accept any returns without following our RMA policy below. If you return an item because you do not want it or do not want to install it, this will be subject to a 20% restocking fee taken out of the return amount.
Returns
Savage Cadillac will accept returns, from the original purchaser with order number, on parts within 30 days of the ship date, with a 20% restocking fee (excluding painted parts, see below). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any return shipping fees associated with shipments sent back through the carrier.
All painted parts are made to order and we consider them a custom order. It is the customers responsibility to cancel their order with in 24 hours of the order being placed. All custom orders cancelled after 24 hours will have a 70% restocking fee, no exceptions.
All painted parts must be opened and inspected for any defects or damages from shipping within 5 days of delivery date. We will not be responsible for any defects or damages after that time frame.
Please follow the instructions below for your return.
- Email support@savagecadillac.com with your name, order #, email address and phone #
- If box is opened or damaged please repack all parts in the original box or new box securely for return shipping. All returns must be packed correctly to endure shipping back to Savage Cadillac or the RMA will be void.
- Download this RMA Form and include a copy in the return package.
- Once we receive your order at our warehouse, we will inspect the parts for any damaged or missing pieces and issue a refund with the 20% restocking fee and shipping costs deducted. Inspection of parts can take up to 7 days. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any return shipping fees associated with shipments sent back through the carrier.
Lost Package Policy
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Savage Cadillac is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
All shipments are handed off to third-party carriers, and ownership of the package transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession. Savage Cadillac does not have control over carrier handling, delivery timing, or final delivery location.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking updates closely.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

Savage Cadillac is not responsible for packages lost due to theft, incorrect delivery, address errors provided at checkout, or carrier mishandling.

Replacement or refund requests for lost or stolen packages will not be honored once delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.
If you believe there is an issue with your shipment prior to delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with carrier communication where applicable.
